Construction Manager
Our client an industry leader in infrastructure, engineering and construction is currently looking for a Construction Manager for a large mixed used high rise development in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 12 years post graduate experience in construction.
The candidate must display a successful history of taking a project in this capacity from inception through to completion.
The key role of the Construction Manager will be to direct and monitor the progress of the site activities, oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools and equipment, worker productivity and safety and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations
As the Construction Manager you will have following skills and experience:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in engineering
- At least 12 years post graduate industry experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Professional manner, willingness to take decisions and orientation towards goals
- Dynamic and proactive etc.
