Project Director
Our client an industry leader in infrastructure, engineering and construction is currently looking for a Project Director for a large mixed used high rise development in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 12 years post graduate experience in construction and strong engineering background combined with project management and mixed use high rise development experience.
The candidate must display a successful history of taking a project in this capacity from inception through to completion.
The key role of the Project Director will be to meet all the agreed contractual obligations, supervise and coach work teams in the accomplishment of goals and tasks and ensure the delivery of projects is to customer satisfaction as well as within the approved budget.
As the Project Director you will have following skills and experience:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in engineering
- At least 12 years post graduate industry experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Competences in negotiations at the decision maker level
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Professional manner, willingness to take decisions and orientation towards goals
- Dynamic and proactive etc.
