Senior Contract Administrator
Our client an industry leader in infrastructure, engineering and construction is currently looking for a Senior Contract Administrator for a large mixed used high rise development in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 12 years post graduate experience in construction and high rise/mixed use developments.
The key role of the Senior Contracts Administrator will be to review, monitor and report all issues related to contractual documents, proposals and sub-contractors etc.
As the Senior Contracts Administrator you will have following skills and experience:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- At least 12 years post graduate industry experience
- Extensive track record of working on large construction projects in the Gulf region
- Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration and close-out relating to a multi-discipline construction project.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- In depth knowledge of international standards, codes and specifications
- Sound commercial and negotiation experience
