Senior Planning Engineer
Our client a multi-divisional organization and global industry leader in infrastructure, engineering and construction is currently looking for a Senior Planning Engineer to join their team in the Easter Province of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 12 years post graduate experience in construction and planning, monitoring and reporting site activities as well as evaluating progress of the works.
The candidate must display a successful history of taking a project in this capacity from inception through to completion.
The key role of the Senior Planning Engineer will be to support the Project Engineers and Project Planning Lead by providing project specific critical planning, scheduling, and analysis services for ongoing projects and develop, update and maintain engineering and construction plans, interfaced with company reporting systems for issue to Project Engineers, Project Manager & Client.
Our client requires the Senior Planning Engineer to have the following skills and experience;
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in engineering
- At least 12 years post graduate industry experience
- In both pre- and post-construction planning
- Ability to master and detail pre- and post-construction schedules
- Preparing, Monitoring, adjusting and updating cost plan and cash flows accordingly
- In both contracts and consultancy fields
- In planning packages such as Primavera6, SureTrak and Ms Project
- Experience working on High-rise/Mixed use developments in the Middle East
