Windows Application Service Delivery Analyst
Reporting to the manager of the Application Service Delivery Support Team, the individual will work in a team of 10 to support, initially, the in-house back office application, used by internal brokers across the globe. They will be responsible for handling problems and queries regarding the function of the application, also upgrading the application from integration through user acceptance to production.
