Saudi BFSI BD / Acc Manager

Scope: Leading project management activity & primary business contact for the client Business Unit: BFSI Location: Jeddah KSA Specifications: • 12 – 15 years of work experience in managing and selling IT solutions and services in BFSI, with preferably 3 – 4 years in the specific geo. • Demonstrable experience in generating sales revenue. • Experience of working in virtual teams spread over multiple locations and countries, primarily offshore delivery model. • Understanding of technology and vertical platforms, competitive landscape, in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with presales team) to match customer needs is essential. • A strong negotiator and able communicator across a varied audience • Strong customer management skills Role & Responsibilities: ? Account Management – Primary Role - responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. ? Develop the Account plan in conjunction with other stakeholders; communicate and execute and review as per plan. Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. ? Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for the existing client. ? Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections. ? Business Hunting - To generate, cultivate and establish large scale relationships and drive new business revenue ? To assist in creating, define and implement the sales strategy, approach and objectives for the target market. To take Go-To-Market Solutions to the target market ? Identify contacts, secure meetings, set agenda, anchor meetings and close opportunities generated. ? Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. ? Handle customer complaints about project execution and resolve escalations. ? Negotiation on MSAs and SOWs. ? Navigate the account to identify varied kind of deals in the account. ? Collect ground level intelligence on client drivers and competitor moves. ? Position client-facing teams, explain client context, coach pursuit team and drive within the IBU ? Drive client consensus, neutralize opponents, articulate business value & drive pricing. ? Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
